Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solis Intel application, the solislens.fyi website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Solis Intel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Have legal counsel review these Terms before launch. They are a starting framework, not a substitute for advice tailored to your business.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by Apple’s App Store and applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Apple or other methods we offer. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@solislens.fyi if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights;
- Submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or exploitative content;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services;
- Circumvent billing, usage limits, or security controls;
- Use outputs to mislead others in ways that violate law or platform rules.
4. AI features and outputs
The Services may use artificial intelligence, including third-party model providers. Outputs may be wrong, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions, coins, and fees
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to Apple’s terms and the disclosures shown at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. Rights in outputs may be governed by applicable law, your inputs, and third-party model terms; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those requirements.
7. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may initiate full account deletion from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Services or other users. See Account deletion for an overview of the in-app process.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate with counsel, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, unless a different forum is required by mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this site or through the App. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
