Account deletion

Solis Intel meets App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) by letting you start full account deletion from within the app. You do not need to email us to delete your account, though we are happy to help if you cannot find the option.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Solis Intel on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Sign in if you are not already signed in.
  3. Open account or settings (profile area) and choose Delete account or equivalent — follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Exact labels may change slightly between app versions; the deletion control remains in account settings. If you cannot locate it, contact support@solislens.fyi and include your Apple ID email (if applicable) so we can point you to the right screen.

What we delete

After you complete in-app deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including profile information and studio content stored for your account, subject to the exceptions below.

What may be retained

Small amounts of data may be kept where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security — for example aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you, or records we must retain by law. Apple may also retain purchase history according to Apple’s policies.
