This Privacy Policy describes how Solis Intel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Solis Intel mobile application (the “App”), related websites such as solislens.fyi (the “Site”), and associated services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. We encourage you to review it with counsel if you have questions about how it applies to you.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect or process:
- Account data: Information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as email address (if you use email sign-in), Apple-provided identifiers when you use Sign in with Apple, and profile or preferences you set in the App.
- Studio content and prompts: Text prompts, optional images or other media you submit for processing in Creator Studio or similar features, and outputs generated from those inputs.
- Usage and device data: Diagnostic, performance, or usage information needed to operate and improve the Services (for example app version, device type, and error logs), collected in accordance with your device settings and our subprocessors’ practices.
- Transactional data: Records related to in-app purchases, subscriptions, or coin balances, as processed by Apple and our payment-related systems.
- Communications: Messages you send to us (for example support requests to support@solislens.fyi).
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Services;
- Authenticate you and sync your account across devices;
- Process generations and deliver studio features you request;
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and develop new functionality;
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services.
3. AI processing and third-party providers
Prompts and optional media you submit may be processed by Solis Intel infrastructure and by third-party AI providers to produce outputs. For example, we may use providers such as Replicate or comparable services to run machine-learning models. Those providers may process content on their systems subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated data (such as health information, government identifiers, or trade secrets) unless you accept the risk that such data may be transmitted to and processed by us and our subprocessors.
Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or distribution. We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.
4. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, customer support, security, email delivery, and AI inference, under contractual obligations consistent with this Policy;
- Apple, when you use Sign in with Apple or App Store billing, as described in Apple’s policies;
- Authorities or others when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or our rights.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in U.S. state laws.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. Account-related data and studio content may be retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward unless you delete your account or we are required to retain data longer. Specific retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many choices in the App (for example account settings). You may also contact us at support@solislens.fyi.
8. Account deletion
You can initiate full account deletion from within the Solis Intel app (App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v)). Deletion removes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account as described in-app and in this Policy, subject to limited exceptions (for example where retention is required by law or for legitimate security or fraud-prevention needs). If you need help locating the deletion option, contact support@solislens.fyi.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the App or by email where appropriate.
