Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 4, 2026 · Operator: Solis Intel (SolisLens). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the SolisLens app, website, and related services. It is a practical summary for users and reviewers; have legal counsel adapt it before production launch if needed.
1. What we collect
- Account data: identifiers and profile fields you provide (for example via Sign in with Apple or email auth).
- Studio content: prompts, optional uploads, generation parameters, and outputs you create in Creator Studio.
- Transactional data: purchases and entitlements processed by Apple where applicable.
- Technical data: device type, app version, coarse diagnostics, and security logs needed to operate the service.
2. AI and third-party processing
To generate results, your prompts and optional media may be transmitted to Solis Intel infrastructure and third-party AI providers (for example Replicate and other model hosts we configure). Those parties process data under their own terms and locations as described in their documentation. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, secrets, or regulated information you are unwilling to have processed by us and those providers.
PuLID, Face Match, and identity-reference features
Some features let you supply reference images (for example in Face Match or similar flows) so the service can steer generations toward a requested likeness, identity, or style. To do this, the app may use identity-preserving model pipelines, including methods sometimes referred to in the industry as PuLID (pure/lightning identity customization) or comparable techniques, depending on the model version shown in-app.
- What is processed: The reference photo(s) you choose, plus any embeddings or intermediate representations the model needs, are sent to Solis Intel and configured third-party hosts (such as Replicate) only to produce the output you request in that session or project.
- Not biometric “ID” as a service purpose: We do not use these features to authenticate you into your account or to identify you in the wild for security or advertising. Processing is tied to creative generation you initiate. You should still treat reference faces as highly sensitive: do not upload images of other people without permission where the law requires consent.
- No sale for marketing: We do not sell reference images or derived likeness data to third parties for their own marketing. Subprocessors are bound to provide the service, not to reuse your content for unrelated purposes, subject to their published terms.
- Retention and deletion: Retention follows our general policies in Section 4. You can remove associated personal data through in-app account deletion and other controls we provide.
3. How we use data
- Provide, secure, and improve SolisLens features.
- Authenticate you, sync your library, and enforce fair use and abuse policies.
- Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests where required.
4. Retention
We retain account and studio data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. Specific retention windows may vary by data category; contact us for detail on a particular processing activity.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. You can initiate full account deletion from within the SolisLens app (App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v)). Deletion removes your account and associated user data as described in-app; some records may be retained where law requires.
6. Children
SolisLens is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not register if you are under that age.
7. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. By using the service, you understand that cross-border transfer may be required.
